So many of these school shooters seem to be disturbed kids themselves who need help. You do end up thinking "maybe we're going about this stuff in entirely the wrong way."
Well, the article did mention that the man's Medicaid had run out, so he was off his psychiatric medication - which makes me really really glad we have the NHS (which does get some things right).
